Hello, bright eyes! My favorite inner corner/brow bone highlights

The inspiration for this post came really randomly!  I'm so happy it did, though, because it's one of those things that definitely emphasizes how makeup can flatter your features.
I probably don't have to sit here and tell you guys the wonders of highlighting the inner corners of your eyes.  It's hands down one of my FAVORITE ways to brighten up my entire face.  I do it almost every day, whether I've had three hours or a full night of sleep; I consider it an essential step in eye makeup alongside mascara and under eye concealer for that "well-rested", super-quick look.
Just recently I realized that I have a select few "highlight" products that I use over and over again to achieve that wide-eyed effect.  Here they are!

MAC Too Chic Beauty Powder, MAC I Get No Kick Eye Kohl, MAC Retrospeck eyeshadow, Urban Decay Virgin eyeshadow

MAC Retrospeck eyeshadow:  Possibly one of my most favorite eyeshadows (mainly for the color), Retrospeck is my "one and done" shade on lazy or rushed days.  It's packed full of glitter which makes it a little messy, but it's nicely pigmented and adds the perfect amount of sparkle when applied to my tear duct area.  I also love this paired with Club in the crease!

Urban Decay Virgin eyeshadow:  Definitely my most-used shadow from the Naked palette!  Virgin is a shimmery pale cream that goes with just about every color eyeshadow.  It's highly pigmented, like all the other colors in the palette, making it easy and quick to apply.

MAC Too Chic Beauty Powder:  This Beauty Powder was from the Cham Pale collection that came out back in January, so unfortunately it's LE.  I use this all over my face, actually- cheekbones, bride of my nose, and all over my eye area to brighten when I'm in a hurry (I do this A LOT, more than I'd like to admit!  I've gotten so lazy with shadows!).  I love how it adds a gorgeous sheen, nothing shimmery or glittery, so it still looks natural and glow-y.

MAC I Get No Kick Eye Kohl:  This eye pencil was also from the Cham Pale collection, so it's LE like Too Chic.  The one gripe I have with this is it's not as pigmented as I'd like (and it has a tendency to migrate into the crease under my eye a little, when used in my tear duct).  I feel like I have to go over the same line several times to get it to show up well- could be partly due to the color, though.  I'm absolutely in love with the shade besides that!  It reminds me of Naked Lunch eyeshadow in eyeliner form- it's a shimmery champagne that brightens just about every look.
