Crazy cat lady picture spam, vol. IV

Happy Wednesday, lovely followers!  That means it's time for another installation of Crazy cat lady picture spam.  I apologize for missing the last two weeks but now I'm back on track and good to go.  :)  The two "what people think I do" pictures are courtesy of my sister's good friend; she posted them to my sister's wall and I needed to steal them for this post.  I'm actually growing tired of those pictures (although I do think the ones for your hometown/state are pretty accurate and silly), but the cat/kitten ones are too cute to pass up!  At the end I included a couple of funny videos that are really random and pointless (yet had me laughing hysterically nonetheless).  As always, I hope these pictures help brighten your day whether or not you enjoy cats!

These last two you may have to click the picture to enlarge, but they're worth reading.  If you have a cat of your own you'll totally understand the humor. ;)

Turn your sound on for these videos, folks!  The music makes them so much better. ;)
Puff, the kung fu rooster and Blacko the cat... LOL

Thanks for reading/watching, everyone!  Have a great night.

Convenience in a compact: BareMinerals Ready Touch Up Veil SPF 15

If you've been following my blog for some time, you might know that BareMinerals Mineral Veil was my first powder <3 and is still among my favorites.  I've heard that quite a few people don't agree with the hype, but for me it really is an outstanding product that achieves what I need it to do.  Over the last year I tried a couple different powders; while I found the ELF Mineral Booster in Sheer to come close to Mineral Veil's level, the inconvenience of having to purchase it online got to me.

I was pretty determined to find a cheaper alternative to my Mineral Veil, that is until BareMinerals released their new line of "Ready" compact products.  Mineral Veil in pressed form?  They piqued my interest and I knew I had to try it again (even though it's essentially the same thing)!  So, come Christmas break I picked up the new Ready SPF 15 Touch-Up Veil.  I actually purchased this but had a small size of Mineral Veil (loose powder) coming in the mail, so I used this for about a week until the loose powder version arrived.  I decided to use up that container before continuing to use this Touch Up Veil, so it has been in my "to-be-used" makeup drawer for the last month or so.  Now that I've finally finished my other jar of Mineral Veil, I can  blog about my thoughts on this new version!

BareMinerals Ready SPF 15 Touch Up Veil Translucent, $22.00 bareescentuals.com

I loved the original Mineral Veil for the natural, glowy look it gave my skin while still keeping me shine-free throughout the day.  Keep in mind, my skin is normal-combination (I get slightly oily in my t-zone) but I've never considered powder an essential for my skin type.  This new Touch Up Veil is everything I adored about the old, loose powder style- it controls shine yet doesn't leave my face looking completely matte.

The convenient packaging is the most notable difference and is my favorite part about the Touch Up Veil.  The original Mineral Veil jar container is so bulky to travel with, not to mention loose powder is messy!  I can really appreciate how lightweight and slim it is, and powder doesn't go flying everywhere when I use it.  The compact does feature that rubberized, matte black finish (reminiscent of NARS packaging), however, and tends to be a magnet for dust.

This picture shows the powder and the application sponge it includes (I tossed mine and use my EcoTools powder brush instead).  It looks beige in the pan, but applies completely sheer.

While $22.00 seems pricey to me for a powder, it's the same amount of product as the original Mineral Veil (10g/0.3oz) and a little goes a long way.
Have you guys tried this new pressed version yet?  Thoughts on the original Mineral Veil?  I really, really want to try some of the new Ready eyeshadows, but I just haven't been able to rationalize buying more eyeshadow right now!
Hope you are all having a great Tuesday!

(OMG I ALMOST FORGOT: my friends and I are going to a screening of the new movie 21 Jump Street tonight, and afterwards there is a Q&A with Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill, Ice T, and Rob Riggle! I don't even love Channing Tatum but I'm still super stoked to see them all in person.  I'll tell you all how it was in my next post! :)

Handmade shopping @ Etsy!

While I've known about Etsy for a long time, never had I developed the desire to actually purchase anything from the so-called "handmade marketplace."  Until I discovered Heartsy, that is.  Heartsy is kind of like Groupon for Etsy- every day they run deals you can buy for Etsy shops that are usually at a pretty steep discount (vouchers for at least 50% off).  Heartsy really began my obsession with Etsy and looking at all the adorable handmade things you can find.  Now it's one of my most-frequented sites!

Anyway, since purchasing my first voucher from Heartsy about a month ago, I've gotten a few things from different jewelry shops: Christine Domanic JewelryAmourx, and Friends With The Forest.  I thought it would be fun to post about them!

As I mentioned, I've bought things from three separate Etsy stores so far (there will be more in my future, I promise!).

First, I purchased a voucher through Heartsy for Christine Domanic Jewelry.  I ultimately used it to buy this adorable brass owl necklace, pictured below:

This exact necklace isn't available anymore, but she has a slew of other gorgeous jewelry pieces for sale!  A lot are inspired by nature or feature some sort of cool, geometric design.  I believe this was $26, in case anyone was wondering!

Also in the picture above (and below) are the two things I purchased from Amourx, the cutest pair of tiny rabbit earrings and a silver bow ring.  Amourx sells an assortment of vintage jewelry and Colleen is just the sweetest if you have any questions or concerns about her jewelry.  I bought a Heartsy voucher to pay for these lovelies, too.
(Bunny earrings, here, $10;  Silver ring, here, $8)

Lastly, this custom hand stamped bracelet is something I've been wanting for quite awhile.  There are a lot of Etsy shops that do custom bracelets like this, but I ultimately chose Friends With The Forest.  They do mostly handstamped bracelets but also offer a few options for necklaces.  I really wanted a bracelet with an empowering quote on it- preferably religious- and when I remembered one of my all-time favorite bible verses, "It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect," I knew I needed to use it.  I love wearing this on a daily basis to give me a boost; I have a tendency to let small things get me down or anxious, so this is the perfect reminder that I am strong no matter what! :)

(Custom hand stamped metal bracelet 3/8", here, $9.00)

Have you guys purchased anything from Etsy recently, or have any favorite shops you like to browse?  Feel free to share your experiences in the comments!  And if you'd like to get started with Heartsy, you can sign up via my referral button below (which just means if you sign up and purchase a deal, I get $10 credited to my account) .  Otherwise you can sign up normally- my feelings won't be hurt either way! :)

Heartsy - Exclusive deals on fabulous handmade designer items at members-only prices.

I want to quickly apologize for not being on top of replying to comments like usual- the last couple of weeks have just been insane for me, and I haven't been able to catch up on my favorite blogs as I'd like to.  I always, always read each and every comment from you all, though!  Thanks so much everyone.

Transitioning towards spring: my favorites for lips!

My favorite thing about winter beauty, as all of you who have followed my blog for awhile already know, is that deep red/berry lips are totally in.  I can wear them every day (if I want to) and not feel out of place one bit.  Red lips may not be the "it" trend for spring makeup, but the upcoming season still lets us have fun when it comes to our lip products!  Typically, spring means light and bright.  I'm going to be focusing more on the latter: brightening up the shades I use on my lips and going for more daring, fun colors like corals, magentas, and purples.  Well, at least as soon as it begins to feel more like spring here (it's fast approaching, I can taste it!).  Anyone with me?

This post features a few of the lip products in my stash that will be on rotation in upcoming months.  I'm planning to add more fun colors to experiment with, but for now, these are helping to get me out of "winter mode!"

Wet n Wild MegaLast lipsticks in Rosebud (left) and Wine Room (right)- While not the most hydrating formula (they are matte!), these $1.99 lipsticks come in a wide range of shades and the price really cannot be beat.  They wear well, too, which is great especially when you have on a particularly bright color.  I love Rosebud for waking up my complexion, and Wine Room for a super-flattering punch of magenta.

ELF Studio Glossy Gloss in Fuchsia Fusion (left)- The Glossy Glosses (creative name, no?) are lovely, if you have yet to try them!  I only have this shade but from what I've experienced it is non-sticky, has average wear time, and medium pigmentation.  This is a great shade to pair on top of red lipsticks to tone down the color, especially if bright reds frighten you in any way!

Clinique Chubby Stick in Super Strawberry (center)- I just talked about this jumbo lip pencil in my Clinique "haul" post, but I'm loving this muted raspberry shade.  It's great for when I want a little color on my lips but nothing over the top or fussy.  It's moisturizing, convenient, and flattering.

OCC lip tar in Trollop (right)- These are essentially a cream lip stain.  You only need a tiny bit to reach full pigmentation, and once they are in place, they set and stay put for hours.  My only issue is that they can be drying.

L-R: Wet n Wild Rosebud, Wet n Wild Wine Not, ELF Fuchsia Fusion, Clinique Super Strawberry, OCC Trollop

What springtime shades are your favorite for lip products?  I'd love to know and get more ideas!  Thanks everyone!

Feelin' Too Faced with the Romantic Eye Palette

Today's post features the Too Faced Romantic Eye eyeshadow palette that I received for Christmas.  Yes, finally!  I love this palette so much, you guys.  I had lusted over it since I heard of its release and it so far has exceeded my expectations!

It was also the only eyeshadow product I brought when my family and I went to Hawaii over Christmas break- it gives you an option for a day, "night" (they call it a "classic" look but it's basically a light smokey eye), and "fashion" look based on your mood/occasion, making it great for travel.  Prior to owning this palette, I had traveled with my Urban Decay Naked palette.  It's great for its compact size and range of neutral shades/finishes, however, the Too Faced Romantic Eye palette offers more variety in terms of colors.

Too Faced Romantic Eye Palette

This was my first experience using Too Faced eyeshadows, and I have to say they are as amazing as everyone says.  Smooth, buttery, and richly pigmented, they are everything you could ask for in a formula.  I had no problems with any shades being patchy or powdery, and blending is hardly an issue.  Best of all, they look just as gorgeous at 8:00pm as they do when you apply them in the morning.  I really am just thoroughly impressed!

My favorite "look" is probably the "classic," as I just cannot get enough of the shade Cut the Cake.  It's a shimmery lavender taupe that looks gorgeous all over the lid.  :)

Swatches:

L-R: "Day" Soulmates, I Do, Un-Veil; "Classic" Kiss The Bride, Cut The Cake, First Dance; "Fashion" Bouquet Toss, Honeymoon, Ever After

And the EOTD, recreating the "fashion" look:

Products used:
Primer: Almay Bright Eyes eye base+concealer
Base: Mary Kay cream eyeshadow in Beach Blonde
Eyeshadow: Too Faced Romantic Eye palette, "Fashion" look- Bouquet Toss, Honeymoon, Ever After
Eyeliner: Revlon Colorstay eyeliner in Blackberry
Mascara: Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara

Do you guys own this palette, or another one of Too Faced's shadow boxes?  Thanks for reading and have a great day! <3

Retail therapy is the best therapy (Shopping at Clinique)

Shopping has never been my "go-to" form of therapy, mainly because I'm cheap and ultimately feel worse for spending money than I did in the first place.  However, I can't deny that shopping is nonetheless a mood-booster and something I love to do!
Last night was kind of embarrassing for me.  You see, I had plans to go to a movie screening with this boy I'm interested in, except those plans didn't turn out like I had hoped.  To make this long story short, I ended up going to the wrong movie theater not once but twice.  By the time I got to the second one it was too late; we ended up not hanging out and needless to say, I was pretty mortified (normally I'm good with directions, I swear!  This was a complete lack of miscommunication on my part).  I was already downtown, so I decided to cheer myself up by doing some shopping to spend a Macy's gift card I had left over from my birthday.  I really don't need more makeup, but I never, ever find clothes at Macy's.  So, I stumbled over to the Clinique counter to pick up two lip products that have been on my to-buy list: one of the new Almost Lipsticks in Spicy Honey, and a Chubby Stick in Super Strawberry.

Spicy Honey is one of the new Almost Lipstick shades, and if you remember my post on the original Black Honey, you'll know how much I adore the formula of these.  Spicy Honey is a reddish brown neutral shade that really just adds a natural pigment to my lips; in my opinion, it's much easier to wear if Black Honey looks too dark for you.  Almost Lipsticks are just great.  You can swipe them on in a hurry and they look effortless, no fuss needed.

I also got one of the Chubby Stick lip pencils, which is essentially a "jumbo crayon" style product but it's really moisturizing and glossy.  Super Strawberry has been on my radar since the summer- I love the punch of berry it gives off.  I find myself having to reapply these every hour or so (which I dislike), but besides that they are really nice.

That's all for my "retail therapy"; I wish I could have bought more but I had to exert some willpower. :)  Have you tried any of these products?  Anything else you've purchased recently?
Have a great Friday night, everyone!

Time for a giveaway with Shabby Apple! (CLOSED)

Hi everyone!  I'm so sorry I've been away for a week- life has taken me by surprise and I just haven't had much time to sit down and make a post.  However, I come bearing good news!  I was recently approached by Shabby Apple to sponsor a giveaway here on my blog and I am so excited to get it started.

You might have already heard of Shabby Apple before, but in case you haven't, here's a little bit of information about what it is/what it offers!  Basically, Shabby Apple brings femininity and style to a wide variety of women's dresses, skirts, accessories, and more.  It's an online boutique that really specializes in chic, sophisticated, and fun designs.  The cool part?  It's for women and by women, and Shabby Apple donates a large part of proceeds to organizations helping women and children.

Shabby Apple let me pick one of their gorgeous dresses to give away to one of you guys, and I chose the ridiculously adorable "Spanish Steps."  Check it out below!

Google Friend Connect (GFC) is going away and because I don't really care about the number of followers anymore, you are not required to follow me via GFC (or anything like that) to enter this giveaway.  So no one is excluded for that!  I think the elimination of GFC is actually a decent thing; it's easy to get caught up on numbers and forget that it's the content of a blog that is most important.  Nowadays, I pay closer attention to the stats page on Blogger, which shows traffic sources, which posts are popular, etc.  I think that is more accurate as to what I'm doing right/wrong as a blogger.

Anyway, here's all the information you need to know to enter!

Giveaway details:
  • It will run from today, February 16, 2012 to March 16, 2012 at 11:59pm CST.
  • It is open to United States residents only (I am so sorry, Shabby Apple only ships domestically!).
  • Please have your parents' permission if you are younger than 18.
  • The winner will have 72 hours to get back to me, otherwise I will redraw.
How to enter: (You can do one or all to increase your chances of winning, for a possible total of 5 entries)
Please include all entries/points in ONE comment, thank you!
  • Required: You must "like" Shabby Apple on Facebook.  Their page is here! (You must do this in order to qualify- 1 point)
  • Comment below and tell me which item on Shabby Apple is your most favorite! (1 point)
  • Post about this giveaway on your blog. (1 point)

And that's it!  Please remember that you have to "like" their Facebook page in order to qualify (that's how they see who has entered).  The other two entries are your choice.
Good luck everyone!

Putting my "top 8 products" into play: a quick and easy FOTD

After sharing my post featuring my top 8 products for a complete face, I decided it would be a good idea to show you how they look in action!  So today, I'm doing just that; the result is a super quick and simple makeup look that you can do when you're in a hurry.  Here I've used my specific favorites, but you can opt in whatever you prefer (when it comes to foundation, powder, mascara, a "one color wash" eyeshadow, etc.).  I hope you find this helpful, or if nothing else, an excuse to share with everyone else what you like to use yourself.  Feel free to elaborate in the comments as always! :)

Eyes:
Urban Decay Primer Potion, MAC Club eyeshadow, Victoria's Secret Dark Chocolate eyeliner, Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara

Face:
Bare Minerals foundation, Bare Minerals Mineral Veil powder, Garnier Skin Renew anti-dark circle concealer, ELF Studio contouring blush+bronzer duo

My Thoughts:
I didn't use anything for lips, which is definitely a personal preference- I'd chose an eye product over a lip product if pressed for time.  And I forgot how much I depend on my ELF brow gel (from the $1 line)!  It was so strange not having anything to tame my brows, although I think I managed to get them to behave for the eye pictures.  I cheated a little with the ELF blush+bronzer (it's like two products in one), but it's "technically" in one compact, right? ;)

And now it's time for a little ramble!
MAC Club is unique for its duochrome qualities, but it's also neutral enough of a shade that you can dress it up or down (pair it with a brown or black eyeliner for daytime, then add a pop of color in the outer corners for nighttime!  Or pair it with a bright teal eyeliner to help bring out the flash of green it gives off).  Club is also one of those awesome "one and done" eyeshadows that you can fool people with, making them think you have five or more shades on your lids.  These are all reasons why it is one of my all-time favorites, and naturally, I had to chose it for this post.  Well, I'm still blown away at how versatile it is.  I've never used it by itself in a look before today, and I'm amazed at how "finished" my eyes still appear.  I definitely think it's one of those MAC eyeshadows that is worth the money!

So, what do you guys think?  I'm quite happy to have found a neutral look that can get me out the door in ten minutes.  Thanks for reading!  xox

Crazy cat lady picture spam, vol. III

Sorry this is really late today, guys!  I've been trying to get my posts up in the evening but tonight was busier than planned.  I love Wednesdays so much more now that I'm doing these posts, haha.  I know not everyone enjoys cats, but I just love them too much not to have this "crazy cat lady" series.  Today's pictures don't have a theme- just cute and funny kitties doin' their thang.  Enjoy!

PS: Stay tuned for tomorrow's post- I'm going to use the 8 products from my last post to create a "quick out-the-door face."

LOL!  It's called "Darth Kitty."

Hope you all had a lovely "hump" day!

8 products to get you out the door!

A little introduction explaining my inspiration for this post:  Monday and Tuesdays I have class at 9:00am.  For college kids, anything earlier than 9:00am is considered way too early (let's get real- anything before noon is considered early in my circle of friends!).  Knowing this and the fact that I am not a morning person, I somehow thought it was a great idea to schedule two 9:00am classes on consecutive days.  I've come close to sleeping through class, but never have I actually done it.
Yesterday morning, amidst some fantastical dream involving me and Mr. Dream Husband, my body suddenly woke me up.  I looked at the clock and to my horror it read 8:39AM.  After I rubbed my eyes a few times to make sure I was really almost late for my class, I rolled out of bed, threw on clothes, and literally ran out the door.  I made it, but I made it sans ANY MAKEUP WHATSOEVER.

And it's for this reason that I decided to figure out exactly how few products I could get away with and still look decent.  Alas, I give you: 8 products to get you out the door!  Keep in mind, depending on your skin and makeup preferences, you won't need some of these things (eyeshadow, eyeliner, concealer, etc.).  Lucky you!  I could skip eyeliner and eyeshadow, but these are my must-haves if I want to feel like myself, if that makes sense.

Eyes:

1. Primer: Urban Decay Primer Potion Original
I chose UDPP for this post because it's my go-to, but I switch off between this and my Almay Bright Eyes eye base+concealer (for days where I'm not going anywhere special or if I redo my eye makeup at night and don't need it to last all day).  Eye primer is a must for me, no matter what- it evens out my eyelids and prevents any eye makeup I have on from smudging.

2.  All-in-one eyeshadow: MAC Club
This is a step a lot of people would probably skip if pressed for time, but if I'm going to wear mascara or eyeliner, I just feel strange if I don't use eyeshadow, too.  For these occasions I like to use an eyeshadow that works as an all-over wash of color.  MAC Club is so versatile- you can apply it to your lid and then blend into the crease for a super easy, beautiful look!

3. Eyeliner: Victoria's Secret Dark Chocolate
I rarely do a makeup look without eyeliner, and one of my favorites to use is by Victoria's Secret.  Their "VS" line of makeup (not Beauty Rush) is really overlooked- these eyeliners are fabulous: creamy, long-wearing, and come in beautiful colors.  I have this one in Dark Chocolate (a deep brown with fine gold shimmer), and Dark Forest (a blackened forest green with shimmer).  The smudge tip makes it easy to apply in a hurry, too!

4.  Mascara: Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes
Mascara is definitely the ONE product I would wear if I had to choose something to throw on before I left the house.  It just does wonders for eyelashes!  This one by Tarte is great for both length and volume.  My favorite way to wear this is layered underneath my MAC Pro Longlash mascara, but if I had to choose one, it'd be this guy.

Face:

5.  Under-eye concealer: Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Dark Circle Tinted Roller
Under-eye concealer, for me, was one of those products that I never thought necessary until I used it and saw the difference.  It's the one thing I can do that makes me look awake!  My love for this Garnier Skin Renew tinted roller concealer has really grown since I purchased it.  The consistency is thin and runny, but it matches my skin perfectly and covers like nobody's business.  I'm pretty much out and need to repurchase, but I keep trying to use it. ;)

6.  Powder foundation: BareMinerals Original SPF15 in Fairly Medium
I use Bare Minerals (or Maybelline Mineral Power powder foundation, they switch turns), but any powder foundation you like fits here!  I just think powder foundation is so quick and no-fuss; it's the first type of "real" foundation I got into because of its low maintenance.  Bare Minerals gives my skin an awesome flawless finish, though I don't love the less-than-average staying power.  Works great when I'm in a hurry, though!

7.  Powder: BareMinerals Mineral Veil
I will sometimes use my Bare Minerals foundation by itself without topping it with Mineral Veil, but if I'm wearing any kind of liquid face makeup (concealer included), I need to use powder on top.  I just feel like I'm missing something without it!  I don't have particularly oily skin, but Mineral Veil keeps me shine-free all day and gives my skin this very, very subtle "glow" that I just love.  Of course, any powder you love is great, too!

8. Blush or bronzer: ELF Studio Contouring Blush+Bronzer
This is my go-to product for traveling because of how compact it is- blush and bronzer in one?  Yes!  It blends the best of both worlds.  If you love blush, it has a gorgeous peachy coral shade (with shimmer, so no need for an extra highlight); if you love bronzer, it has a versatile tan shade that could work on a variety of skin tones.

What are your top "products to get you out the door"?  Have a good night, everyone!

I heart you, NARS! Plus, an OOTD

Hi everyone!  So sorry that I was absent this weekend.  I have a bunch to get done tonight, but I wanted to get this post up if it was the last thing I did!  Because of this I'm going to let the pictures do most of the talking.  I have a 'face of the day' featuring an awesome blush I got for Christmas, NARS Oasis, and at the end of the post an OOTD (it's about time for another one of those, right?).  I hope you guys enjoy!

I have been "oohing" and "ahhing" over NARS blushes for a LONG time, friends.  I'm sure you can all understand!  They rank high in the blush world, and for good reason.  I put Oasis on my Christmas list and was just through the roof when I opened it that morning!

I love the neutral pink that is Oasis; the gold shimmer adds just that little extra "oomph" and makes it special (I also love that it eliminates the need for a separate highlighter- at least for anyone like me who dislikes too much on their cheeks)!  Possibly my favorite thing about this blush, besides the gorgeous color?  The fact that it lasts seriously all day.  That's right, folks.  One of my biggest pet peeves about drugstore blush is that it tends to disappear after a few hours, but not this expensive little guy.  NARS blushes aren't cheap at $28.00, but they sure do have nice quality and pigmentation to back up the price. That's what I experienced with Oasis, anyway- I have heard some of the lighter shades lack in pigment.  What say you?

Keep readin' for my FOTD!

Eyes:
Primer: Urban Decay Primer Potion Original
Base: Maybelline Color Tattoo cream eyeshadow in Pomegranate Punk (sheered out on lids and lower lash line)
Shadow: MAC eyeshadow in Golden Crown (lids/crease, inner corners)
Coastal Scents 88 Matte palette, deep purple (along lower lash line)
Wet n Wild Vanity palette, matte beige (brow bone highlight)
Eyeliner: Revlon Colorstay eyeliner in Blackberry (I actually had on a black eyeliner from earlier in the day, but put this one over it which is why it looks "blacker" than it normally would- remind me to review this, I love it!)
Mascara: Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara
MAC Pro Longlash mascara

Face:
Foundation: Clinique Perfectly Real foundation in #08
Concealer: Amazing Cosmetics Amazing Concealer in Medium Beige (under eyes)
Powder: BareMinerals Mineral Veil
Bronzer: Rimmel Natural Bronzer in Sun Light
Blush: NARS Oasis

Lips:
Just lip balm!  It was a balmy kind of day, you know.

Swatches:

NARS blushes are 0.16oz and retail for $28.00 at Sephora and NARS

And lastly, my OOTD (sorry the pictures are a little blurry!  I took almost over 50 pictures and couldn't get any of them to focus, grr!)

I've been living in tights and a combination of the same few skirts/dresses/tunics.  Fortunately, this winter has been mild enough to allow it!  I'll have to do a post showing these shoes better- they're flats from American Eagle but have a "loafer" feel to them, and best of all, they're covered in black sequin glitter!  So fun.  I love them and these pictures do not do them justice!

What have you been wearing lately?  A favorite blush, favorite skirt, outfit?  I'd love to hear!
Thanks everyone, have a lovely evening. <3

Crazy cat lady picture spam, vol. II: Meme cats and more...

Hope you all are having a great Wednesday so far!  I just got out of my last class for the week, which is awesome, but I have an insane amount of homework to get through the next few days.  How about some crazy-cat-lady-picture-spam to get us through the "hump" day?

Today is all about Meme Cats and our inner nerd.  Some of them are definitely cheesy and silly, but I think the captions can be hilarious.  And the first time I saw Chemistry Cat, I just about lost it- he's going to be first!

And then a few "cats with invisible things"...

And one none-Meme cat that got distracted by the internet.  How many times a day does this happen to the rest of us?

Thanks for tuning in!  I'm glad you guys seem to enjoy these types of post as much as I do.  They are so funny to put together. ;)

Oh, and I almost forgot- I'm going to set up Bloglovin' so you can follow my blog another way if you're interested.  I think it'll be nice to have another option, especially when GFC goes away for non-Bloggers.  Click the link below to get connected:
Follow my blog with Bloglovin!

Thanks guys, and have a good night!
